Personal Development Program, FPT University. Viet Nam

Lecturer/Program Coordinator (2010-2017)

Recruited to establish and implement a multi-discipline training program to develop self-leadership, employability, professionalism and active citizenship for students. Delivered training courses as Self Leadership and Management, Active Citizen, Leadership in Action and Money Minded. Investigated and experimented with new educational methods and approaches in youth development. Built and reinforced partnerships with organizations and experts. Supervised and mentored youth-led projects.

Key contributions

• Created a framework for developing 21 st century skills and active citizenship for students.
• Founded and implemented successful long-term projects as Critical Thinking, Applied Art in Development, Youth Leadership. Over 3000 youths were directly benefited.

Facilitator/Coach (2014-2017)

Co-founded program and facilitated training sessions to inspire and foster young social leaders to make changes for their communities. Coached and mentored youth-led community projects from incubation to implementation.

Key Contributions

• Mobilized and inspired 200 youth to participate in 15 empowerment projects
• Conducted 15 trainings in self-awareness, social responsibility and project management
• Coached 5 projects to solve social problems in local communities.

Capacity-building and youth leadership programs

Consultant / Facilitator/ Trainer (2015-2020)

Supported partner organizations (YSEALI, CSDS Vietnam, UNDP, US Embassy, British Council) to deliver youth-empowerment projects that promoted the Sustainable Development Goals and Global Citizenship. Facilitated conferences and forums to engage young people to identify and solve social problems. Consulted and designed capacity-building projects for school teachers, college students and youth leaders.
