Creative writing and poetry became my lifeline, helping me overcome depression, rebuild family connections, and explore my inner self. Through creative writing, I questioned my understanding of the world and integrated new self-discoveries into my worldview. This process of crafting and refining my personal narrative in each line not only deepened my self-understanding but also cultivated a more hopeful outlook on life, transforming creative writing into a powerful tool for healing and growth.
From 2022
Over two years, I immersed myself in cognitive psychology, note-taking, and knowledge management, creating over 1000 illustrations and 250 blog post to explain learning concepts simply. This self-directed study culminated in a comprehensive course that systematically organizes cognitive principles of human information processing and note-taking techniques, which I've successfully taught to over 200 students across Vietnam. My work bridges complex cognitive theories with practical, accessible learning strategies.
